Description
The Technical Officer maintains, inspects, and improves the company’s real estate assets by assessing homes and buildings, identifying defects, preparing work proposals and technical reports, creating work orders, coordinating contractors, monitoring statutory inspections, and advising tenants. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent experience, building-technical knowledge, planning and coordination skills, and a Category B driver’s license. It is a full-time replacement contract with a 36-hour workweek, compensation based on the D7 salary scale, and meal vouchers.
