Description
The Clinical Systems Specialist collaborates with project managers, IT, vendors, and operations teams to define, validate, maintain, and troubleshoot clinical research systems. The role includes functional and user acceptance testing, access checks, user provisioning, audit trail review, training, and support for AI-driven process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in an allied health or related field, at least two years of clinical research experience, and hands-on experience with clinical systems such as Medidata RAVE, CTMS, RTSM, Merative Zelta, and Salesforce Account Provisioning.
