The role combines technology, sales, and operations, overseeing project managers, inside and field sales teams, skilled trades, revenue and profit, customer acquisition, technical design and costing, tenders, quotations, contracts, project management, cost control, quality management, and after-sales support. Candidates need an engineering or building services qualification, several years of leadership experience, knowledge of costing and project management, technical sales experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
