Kroo Bank is seeking a Technical Operations Associate to join their team. This role involves gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of technical operations, including incident management, change processes, operational resilience, business continuity, and automation. The associate will support the day-to-day operation of Kroo’s technology and operational processes, assisting with incident and change management, maintaining documentation, contributing to operational resilience and BCP, and supporting supplier processes. They will also learn and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
