The role covers service and repair requests, vehicle downtime, repair costs, warranty and technical approvals, coordination with workshops and suppliers, workshop productivity, customer technical responses, compliance, process improvement, and complex incident investigation. The position requires a technical school or mechanical engineering degree, knowledge of automotive mechanics and diagnostic systems, experience in fleet management, after-sales, or repair environments, and strong English communication skills.
