The Technical Operations Engineer will oversee the smooth execution of data migration journeys for Arbor products, particularly Arbor MIS and Arbor Finance. This involves migrating customer data from competitor systems into Arbor, ensuring seamless transitions and shaping customer trust. The engineer will collaborate with various internal teams to resolve issues, identify systemic problems, and implement process improvements. Key responsibilities include executing and monitoring data migrations, performing root cause analysis, defining triage frameworks, improving observability, managing data integrity, and owning operational readiness for large-scale migrations.
