Description
Technical Operations Engineer role owning the operational health of Arbor product migrations, especially Arbor MIS and Arbor Finance. The position focuses on executing and monitoring data migrations, managing incidents, performing validation and integrity checks, improving processes and operational monitoring, and serving as the main liaison across Migration, Onboarding, and Support teams. It also includes mentoring, documenting best practices, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
