Oracle is hiring a Senior Technical Operations Engineer to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure sovereign realms in the European Union, with the role based in Romania. The position operates and maintains more than 250 OCI services, monitors and troubleshoots auto-cut alerts, completes change requests, resolves incidents and service requests, collaborates with global teams, and improves incident and problem-management processes. It requires a technology-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Linux or Unix knowledge, cloud computing knowledge, mission-critical operations experience, change-management experience, and alarm-resolution experience.
