Nightwing is hiring a Technical Operations Instructor and Subject Matter Expert to support field-based training operations in Sterling, Virginia, with frequent CONUS travel. The role develops and delivers hands-on training in RF collection concepts, radio-frequency propagation, modulation and demodulation, signal collection, processing, filtering, and operational tradecraft, while mentoring junior personnel and applying adult-learning principles. The position requires extensive hands-on operational experience, technical instruction expertise, industrial system design and support knowledge, and leadership, administrative, and logistical experience. Compensation is $99,000-$206,000, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and additional insurance benefits.
