Description
The Technical Operations Manager leads Evolution Armenia’s broadcast technical operations team and oversees the management, installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of studio and broadcast equipment. The role includes strategic planning for 24/7 live-studio production, technical infrastructure and workflow optimization, compliance with industry standards, emergency contingency planning, procurement and logistics coordination, and management of technical service providers. The position requires a broadcast engineering, information technology, telecommunications, or related bachelor’s degree, at least 2–3 years of experience in live-studio broadcasting or transmission facilities, extensive technical leadership experience, and proficiency in Armenian and English.
