Description
AWS India Support is hiring an Operations or Support Manager to lead a team of 15–20 Support Engineers on the night shift. The role manages day-to-day operations, staffing, SLAs, escalations, hiring, training, content, process improvement, and collaboration with development teams to improve customer support. Candidates need at least five years of management experience, seven years of engineering team management in a fast-paced operations environment, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
