Description
The Technical Operations Manager will oversee production, plant engineering, and maintenance across two locations, ensuring safe, compliant, quality- and cost-optimized production while planning capacity, staffing, plant availability, and delivery performance. The role also leads and develops employees and reports to senior management. Candidates should have strong decision-making, analytical, production-control, maintenance, safety, and continuous-improvement knowledge, several years of production-plant experience, team-leadership experience, and a relevant degree or HVAC-related training. The position offers permanent employment, €60,000–€85,000 per year, vacation days, flexible working time, and a childcare allowance.
