Description
The Technical Operations Manager will combine technical expertise, conceptual thinking, vendor management, and management support to develop and improve cost-effective, technically sound, and legally compliant operating and asset management concepts for commercial real estate. The role covers technical and conceptual responsibility, service specifications, operator concepts, vendor and contract management, quality audits, technical standards, management decision support, and representation of the Head of Technical Operations. It is based in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, or Leipzig and requires a relevant degree, several years of technical building operations or facility management experience, and experience steering large FM service providers.
