Google is hiring a Technical Operations Manager to oversee co-location operations for electrical, cooling, and IT infrastructure. The role leads testing, validation, compliance, monitoring, risk control, maintenance programs, operational-cost reduction, and reliability initiatives for data-center sites, while partnering with engineering, hardware, network, and third-party vendor teams. It requires an associate's degree, trade certification, or equivalent training, 9 years of industrial or commercial electrical, mechanical/HVAC, or controls/automation experience, and 5 years of program or project management experience in mission-critical facilities. The role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
