Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Technical Operations Manager, FSW to lead the three-shift production and maintenance organizations for its X and Y plants in Cleveland, Ohio. The role oversees forging and heat-treating operations, continuous improvement, labor and union relations, workforce development, Oracle and Vorne reporting, environmental health and safety, operational availability, and root-cause problem solving. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of supervisory manufacturing experience, and three years of technical manufacturing experience; a bachelor’s degree, maintenance or engineering background, lean experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Oracle are preferred.
