Description
Google is hiring a Technical Operations Manager to oversee co-location operations for electrical, cooling, and IT infrastructure. The role partners with engineering, hardware, network, and third-party vendor teams to ensure operability, maintainability, and reliability; manages critical facility operations, incident response, root-cause analysis, vendor compliance, operational expenditure optimization, and environmental sustainability. The position requires an associate's degree, trade certification, or equivalent training, nine years of relevant industrial or commercial electrical, mechanical/HVAC, or controls experience, three years of data center or facilities experience, and experience managing incident response or emergency operations. Compensation is $138,000–$200,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits; U.S. immigration sponsorship is not available.
