Description
Snap Inc.'s Specs Inc. subsidiary is hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to support next-generation Specs hardware manufacturing. The role partners with engineering, technical operations, and contract manufacturers to achieve factory yield targets, perform PCB-, device-, and firmware-level failure analysis, resolve defects, develop repair and analysis documentation, validate factory testing, create analysis fixtures, support design for repairability and manufacturability, and report yield and defect data. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, 7+ years of relevant electronics manufacturing experience, Mandarin and English proficiency, regular on-site work at the Taipei manufacturing site, and travel to the United States, China, and Thailand.
