Interactive Brokers is hiring a Technical Operations team member in Greenwich, Connecticut, to provide 24/7 operational support for its global brokerage technology. The role monitors applications, networks, systems, and batch jobs; troubleshoots and escalates operational and real-time trading issues; supports internal teams; participates in post-incident reviews; and helps develop process-monitoring tools. It requires a bachelor's degree in a financial or technical discipline, computing and networking knowledge, Linux experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and availability for weekend and day/night shifts. The hybrid schedule is four days in the office and one day remote, with an annual base salary of USD 65,000–75,000.
