Description
The Technical Operations Specialist will ensure the continuity and availability of Frame Banking’s cloud-native payments platform, coordinate operational management across product, database, and operations teams, and work with Architecture, Technology, and Security on robust solutions. The role manages SLAs, KPIs, incidents, cloud infrastructure costs, and production improvements while maintaining client relationships. It requires AWS or GCP experience, at least five years in operations, cloud, infrastructure, service operations, or related roles, and five years in technology, finance, or fintech.
