The Technical Operations Specialist will maintain operational continuity and service availability for Frame Banking’s cloud-native payments platform, coordinate with Operations, Technology, Architecture, Security, and client teams, manage incidents and SLAs, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs. The role requires AWS or GCP experience, at least five years in operations, cloud, infrastructure, service operations, or related roles, and five years in technology, financial services, or fintech.
