Description
The Technical Operations Supervisor leads and coordinates production and maintenance activities in a Cleveland manufacturing plant. The role supervises and schedules employees, solves production and maintenance problems, enforces safety and environmental policies, manages labor relations, maintains quality and production records, and implements lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and cost-savings initiatives. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and at least one year of management, supervisory, or team-lead experience; a bachelor’s degree, Oracle experience, union-environment experience, and works-engineering experience are preferred. The position is subject to ITAR and requires U.S. person status.
