Description
CHAOS Industries is hiring a Technical Operations Team Lead to manage and mentor Technical Operations Engineers while remaining hands-on in the field. The role builds deployment SOPs, runbooks, escalation processes, and diagnostics; integrates CHAOS systems with customer infrastructure; leads complex hardware, software, and networking incident response; advises customers and internal teams; and captures operational feedback for reliability improvements. The position requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, team leadership experience, Linux and networking expertise, hardware or sensor-system integration experience, scripting ability, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 in targeted base salary, with medical, dental, and vision benefits fully paid by the company.
