Description
The employer is hiring a Technical Operator for a permanent full-time role on a two-shift schedule. The position involves starting, setting up, and adjusting production machines; switching machines between production cycles; connecting silos and tanks to supply raw materials; assisting the Team Leader with production and technical problems; and performing quality checks on weight, dimensions, and cycle times. The role requires several years of experience as a Technical Operator or in a similar position, full-time availability, Dutch proficiency, and a commute within half an hour of Ede. The gross monthly salary is €3,000–€3,600 excluding shift allowance, with additional holiday pay, a performance-based year-end bonus, pension coverage from day one, and travel expenses.
