Description
The Operator will run, set up, adjust, and oversee coffee-roasting and packaging machines in a two-shift roastery, including starting up equipment, responding to malfunctions, supplying roasted coffee, performing quality checks, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and improving efficiency, safety, and quality. The role requires several years of production experience and a reach-truck certificate or willingness to obtain one, and offers permanent employment after a positive interim period, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and a market-rate salary.
