The role operates a production line after training, setting up machines, monitoring raw materials, maintaining quality and safety, completing administrative reporting, and resolving production problems. It requires a proactive attitude, teamwork, punctuality, discipline, willingness to work three shifts, and an eagerness to learn; a technical background is strongly recommended, while French or English knowledge is advantageous.
