Description
The Technical Operator monitors production installations, operates and sets up machines, performs quality checks, resolves minor technical problems, analyzes malfunctions, and follows safety procedures. The role requires at least six months of internal training, followed by an on-call rotation averaging one week every four to five weeks, with 24/7 availability during the on-call week. Candidates are ideally located within 30 minutes of the site, and fully independent operators receive an on-call allowance.
