Guardian Glass is hiring a Technical Operator in Geneva, New York to learn and train independently supporting Hot End Operations for its float glass production process. The role involves operating and troubleshooting equipment, monitoring and controlling process operations, responding to alarms, performing quality checks, maintaining assets, supporting repair projects, and working in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment. The position requires a rotating 12-hour shift including weekends and holidays, pays $26–$32 per hour based on experience, and offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months.
