Description
The Technical Operator operates, sets up, checks, and maintains production machines; performs quality checks and technical inspections; resolves minor malfunctions; and contributes to safe, efficient production. The role requires technical aptitude, production-process experience, accuracy, responsibility, independence, teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule. Compensation is €16 per hour plus a shift premium, with meal vouchers of €5.20 per day, a permanent contract after a positive interim period, and opportunities for career advancement.
