Description
The Technical Operator performs basic mechanical assembly in a production environment, fitting and securing components according to drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. The role includes inspecting assembled units, making minor adjustments, maintaining a clean workstation, reporting defects, supporting continuous improvement, and following safety and PPE requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a technical certificate is preferred; basic mechanical assembly knowledge, hand-tool use, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions are also required.
