Description
The Technical Operator monitors and optimizes production machines, performs preventive maintenance and repairs, resolves breakdowns, monitors production quality and efficiency, and supports shift handovers. The role requires technical skills, maintenance experience, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and availability for a two-shift schedule. It is a full-time temporary position with a gross monthly salary of €3,450 to €4,428 including shift allowance, a year-end bonus, holiday allowance, vacation days, and opportunities for development.
