The client in Beerse is hiring a technical operator to work in a three-shift system on ice-cube and crushed-ice production and packaging lines. Responsibilities include operating flow packers, case packers, carton sealers, pallet wrappers, and labelers; maintaining production and packaging quality; training new colleagues; performing basic machine maintenance; and keeping the workplace clean. The role requires Dutch fluency, organization, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze technical problems.
