The Technical Machine Setter operates and reconfigures blow-molding machines for bottle and packaging production, sets and fine-tunes machine parameters, starts new production series, monitors quality, and resolves minor malfunctions. The role requires a technical background through diploma or experience, resourcefulness, teamwork, initiative, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule.
