PostNL is hiring a full-time Technical Operator in Amsterdam to operate and maintain mail-sorting machines in its sorting centers. The role involves monitoring millions of mail items, resolving machine malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, and coaching a team during night shifts. It follows a four-week rotating schedule across day, evening, night, and morning shifts, with 32–40 working hours per week. Applicants need technical aptitude, MBO-level work and thinking ability, and the ability to obtain a Certificate of Conduct; logistics experience is advantageous. Compensation is €15.66–€21.99 per hour, with shift premiums and travel expense reimbursement.
