Description
The Technical Operator will operate and monitor production machines, perform changeovers and installations, resolve minor technical malfunctions, conduct quality checks, maintain equipment and the work environment, and suggest process improvements. The role requires a technical diploma or equivalent production experience, Dutch proficiency, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to work a continuous five-shift system including weekends. Compensation starts at 22.04 euros per hour, with shift premiums and additional benefits such as meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and a pension plan.
