Description
The employer is hiring a Technical Operator in Antwerp (right bank) to combine manual work with operating and monitoring industrial installations, including filter presses, overhead cranes, and similar machines. The role involves operating machines, monitoring processes, responding to malfunctions, taking samples, and performing minor mechanical maintenance. The position offers a permanent contract, €18.08–€20.00 gross per hour, day shifts from 7:00 to 15:30 Monday to Friday, and additional benefits including meal vouchers, insurance, a bicycle leasing plan, and work clothes. A technical background or relevant industrial experience, practical and accurate work, safety awareness, and a category B driving license are required; a VCA certificate is advantageous or obtainable.
