Description
Trans-Tech is hiring a Technical Operator (Machine Operator), also described as an Ingot Operator, to set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in the production of ceramic ingots and related RF and microwave components. The role includes ingot forming, firing, lathing, inspection, packaging, equipment cleaning, and reporting malfunctions, with three regular shifts and a weekend shift available. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, attention to detail, safe work habits, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; medical, dental, and vision benefits are offered.
