Description
Henco is hiring a Technical Operator / Machine Setter in Herentals, Belgium, to set up, retool, start up, and optimize machines in the Unwinding/Spooling department. The role includes autonomous maintenance, quality checks, changeover procedures, process improvements, and collaboration with Production and Maintenance. After an initial induction and training period, the operator will progress toward autonomous maintenance and may advance to Maintenance Technician. The position requires prior operator or machine-setter experience, technical aptitude, safety awareness, and willingness to follow a two-year training path.
