Description
The Filling Operator will set up and operate production machines, supply and pour raw materials, monitor and adjust production processes, resolve minor malfunctions, and coordinate complex breakdowns with technicians. The role offers growth into a Process Operator, company training, a permanent contract, flexible vacation planning, and a starting wage of €18.00 per hour. Candidates need a technical A2 diploma or equivalent experience, physical strength, teamwork and independent-work skills, interest in food, technology, and process optimization, willingness to work two or possibly three shifts, a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one, and an eye for safety, order, and hygiene.
