Randstad is recruiting a Technical Operator for Estée Lauder’s high-tech cosmetic production facility in Oevel, near Westerlo. The role operates advanced production lines for tubes, liquids, and lipsticks; sets up and converts lines; troubleshoots mechanical issues; performs preventive maintenance; conducts quality checks and line clearances under GMP and 5S; and collaborates with the production team and technical department. Candidates need a technical higher-secondary diploma or equivalent technical experience, mechanical and analytical insight, and willingness to work two shifts. The position offers €20.15 per hour, shift premiums, fringe benefits, and on-the-job training.
