Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Technical Overall Management professional to lead the hospital’s technical infrastructure and operations technology. The role oversees building, utilities, energy, maintenance, inspections, operator obligations, technical investments, renovations, and modernization projects; manages internal technical teams and external specialist partners; coordinates stakeholders; and advises hospital management on infrastructure development and lifecycle costs. The position requires an engineering or comparable technical qualification, several years of experience in technical building management or complex real estate, and strong leadership and coordination skills. It is a permanent role in Hamburg with an AT agreement.
