Description
The Technical Packaging Supervisor is responsible for the entire packaging area, including frozen-product packaging, machine operation and programming, production output and quality, preventive maintenance, spare-parts stocking, and the management, training, and expansion of a 12-person technical team across five shifts. The role also coordinates with the packaging department head and a technical group supervisor, requires a degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent experience, and offers a permanent contract with benefits including meal vouchers, pension savings, a CAO90 bonus, flexible working hours, and 26 days of leave.
