The Technical Partner Manager supports partner companies during heat pump installations from the office, providing hands-on technical advice, troubleshooting, quality oversight, and training. The role may require occasional short-notice visits to construction sites and involves using CRM and remote monitoring tools. Candidates need HVAC and heat pump installation experience, knowledge of hydraulics and electrical components, strong communication, and ideally experience leading installation teams or providing technical supervision.
