Snap Inc. is hiring a manager-level individual contributor to lead technical onboarding, enablement, certifications, and ongoing guidance for enterprise services partners building custom solutions on SPECS and related augmented reality and smart-glasses platforms. The role partners with systems integrators, consultancies, agencies, and development studios to help them translate customer opportunities into technical approaches, solution designs, prototypes, and pre-sales strategies, while collaborating with internal product, engineering, design, and partnerships teams. Candidates need 10+ years of relevant technical partner or solutions experience, strong Lens Studio and AR/XR development knowledge, and familiarity with enterprise implementation, security, deployment, and scalability. The role follows a default-together policy requiring office attendance at least four days per week and offers base salaries of $121,000–$214,000 annually depending on pay zone, plus RSU equity.
