Description
The Technical Planner coordinates and optimizes schedules for field service technicians, monitors progress and turnaround times, manages routes, capacity, workflows, parts, and materials, supports operational issues, and improves processes. The role also develops work instructions and digital knowledge bases and supports digitization and AI projects. It requires analytical, communicative, and process-oriented skills, Dutch proficiency, and some technology affinity; planning experience is an advantage but not required. The position offers a temporary 32–38-hour contract with a prospect of permanent employment, a gross monthly salary of €2,937–€3,658 based on 38 hours, and additional benefits.
