Elektroenergieversorgung Cottbus GmbH is hiring a Technical Planner for Pipe Media, District Network Planner (District Heating), Utility Services Planner, Utility Services Project Manager, or Engineer for District Heating Supply. The role manages construction preparation, design, approval, and execution planning for district-heating grids and connections; performs network calculations with STANET; prepares Bills of Quantities and project cost estimates; and supports short-, medium-, and long-term construction planning for sustainable energy infrastructure. Applicants need a relevant degree or comparable qualification, relevant technical-planning experience, AutoCAD and calculation-program skills, and strong independence and organizational skills.
