Bayerische Milchindustrie eG is hiring a full-time Technical Plant Operator for cheese production at its Jessen site. The role involves operating and monitoring highly automated cheese-production equipment, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, performing setup, maintenance, and repair work, documenting activities, and contributing to process optimization. Candidates should have completed technical vocational training, preferably in maintenance, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or industrial electronics, with PLC and food-industry experience advantageous.
