Description
The Technical Platform Associate supports BJU Press’s Educational Technology team by publishing and maintaining content on educational technology platforms. Responsibilities include receiving content from production departments, completing assigned tasks, reviewing and revising digital files, organizing content, collaborating with team members, escalating issues, and maintaining knowledge of BJU Press products and services. The role requires strong communication, technology troubleshooting, teamwork, attention to detail, and self-motivation, and is marked onsite.
