Description
Kensington is hiring a hybrid Technical Platform Specialist (CRM) to own and evolve its HubSpot platform. The role is responsible for CRM architecture, custom objects and workflows, APIs, middleware, integrations, data mapping, governance, automation, system reliability, documentation, and data pipelines connecting HubSpot with TMT, BI, booking, ERP, GDS, website, and internal systems. Candidates need 5+ years of HubSpot administration experience, HubSpot certifications, strong CRM data architecture and integration expertise, backend development experience with C#/.NET and SQL/T-SQL, data pipeline knowledge, cloud infrastructure familiarity, and API and messaging architecture experience. The position is based in Toronto with three days onsite weekly and offers CAD 80,000–90,000 base compensation.
