1st Central is hiring an experienced Technical Pricing Manager to lead and develop its technical pricing team and deliver data-led pricing solutions across motor and home insurance products. The role covers burn cost and claims models, rating structures, predictive modelling, model governance, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and the translation of technical analysis into commercial recommendations. It is a flexible hybrid position based across Salford Quays in Manchester, Haywards Heath in West Sussex, and Gibraltar, with teams primarily working from home and occasional in-person collaboration.
