Description
The Technical Procedure Manager (m/f/d) for Building Permit Review will independently coordinate and process building permit procedures, especially under Sections 62 and 63 of the Hamburg Building Code for buildings in classes 3 to 5 and special structures. The role reviews applications from building-law and building-engineering perspectives, assesses fire protection concepts, coordinates specialist offices, prepares declarations of undertaking, handles hazard situations and remedy reviews, and conducts advisory meetings with project owners and competent authorities. The position is based in Hamburg and can be full-time or part-time.
